Hey everyone our BMMT Feast is rapidly approaching. For those that don’t know it is Saturday December 16th. Site will open at 3pm to everyone. There will be several activities before and after the feast. We still have slots open for feast so if you would like to enjoy some wonderful food, and company let Chris Mullican, the Feast Steward, know and he can get you added to the list. For the Appetizer course we will be serving:
Bruschetta with a Tomato Basil Topping
Ingredients include: Garlic, Olive Oil, Parmesan Cheese, Roma Tomato’s, Basil, Balsamic Vinegar, Salt and Pepper
Parmesan Chicken Bites
Ingredients include: Eggs, Panko Breadcrumbs, Parmesan Cheese, Parsley, Prsley, Red Pepper Flakes, Salt, Pepper, All Purpose Flour
For the Soup Course we will be serving:
Lamb and Plum Stew
Ingredients include: Lamb, Onions, Garlic, Carrots, Celery, Plums, Tomatoes, White Wine, Beef Stock/Vegetable Stock, Thyme, Cumin, Smoked Paprika, Salt, Pepper, Cayenne.
*We will have a vegetarian option for this dish where we will hold the lamb and use Vegetable Stock
Ingredients include: Mixed Greens, Mint, Oregano, Salt, Olive Oil, Vinegar
For the Entrée Course we ill be serving:
Florentine Style Meat
Ingredients include: Tri Tip Roast, Onions, Prunes, Raisins, Pepper, Cloves, Vietnamese Cinnamon, Cloves, Salt, Sugar, Saffron, Water, Red Wine, Verjuice.
Penne with red sauce or an olive oil sauce
Ingredients include: Penne noodles.
Red Sauce: Tomato’s, Garlic, Onion, Traditional Italian Herbs
Olive Oil Sauce: Olive Oil, garlic, parsley
For Dessert we will be serving
Coconut Rice Pudding
Ingredients Include: Whole Milk, Unsweetened Coconut Milk, Arborio Rice, Sugar, Unsweetened Coconut. Vietnamese Cinnamon, Chinese Ginger, Kosher Salt.
