From the Office of the Exchequer!!
Good Gentles,
As a reminder, we are having a BFC meeting at 6:30 this evening. This meeting will be held via Zoom and Meistress Gwenllian has provided us with a Zoom link.
We will be discussing these agenda items:
- A Tournament of Thunder bid.
- Prize selective for Mace and Great.
As a reminder:
- BFC meetings are open to the place to attend as guests!
- Only items on the agenda will be discussed. If you need to bring a financial matter up for either the Exchequer.
- The Exchequer runs the meeting, and will call on the good folks presenting either their event bid, or other items already on the agenda for discussion with the Exchequer and the BFC.
- The Exchequer calls on BFC voters for final voting at which time silence out of respect is requested. BFC voters are individuals selected as per the rules of our Society, Kingdom, and our Baronial Financial Policy.
