We have several meetings and other activities throughout the month, several are listed below. Check the Baronial and Kingdom Calendar, Calendar, additions, or cancellations.

Until January 30th, 2021, all in-person SCA meetings have been cancelled due to COVID 19. To that end we will conduct virtual meetings and events.

Meetings

Court / A&S, and Populace Meetings, will be held virtually until further notice at zoom.us. Look for Meeting links here, the BMMT FB Page, or the FB Group page and the Baronial Calendar.

Baronial meetings are held at 7:00pm on the first and third Tuesdays of every month unless otherwise indicated. Meeting links will be posted in the Barony Calendar, and Facebook group.

Business/Populace meeting – 7:00pm The first Tuesday is our business meeting, and is open to all members and visitors. This is a good time to find out what is going on right now and what is coming! Medieval clothing is not required for the online business meeting.
Baronial Court and Arts & Sciences – 7:00pm The third Tuesday is our Court and Arts & Sciences night. We hold Court in the main Zoom room and then hold A&S Class thereafter. Medieval clothing is requested, but not required. Come and join the fun!

Arts and Sciences

Cooks Guild used to meet the first Thursday of the month at varying locations. If there are any online meetings or workshops scheduled between now and end of January 2021, we will post them in our digital spaces.

Scribal group meets the second and third Thursday of each month. Check the Barony Facebook group and the Baronial calendar for zoom meeting information.

Sit and Stitch met most Monday evenings, and other activities were held intermittently. If there are any online meetings or workshops scheduled between now and end of January 2021, we will post them in our digital spaces.

Strong Oak Club

Our Barony participates in the Cochise College student organization named The Strong Oak Club. They usually hold monthly meetings at 7:00pm on the third Tuesday of the month during the winter and spring sessions in Cochise College library building room 900. The club meets in Sierra Vista, but membership is open to all Cochise College students.

Meetings are suspended due to COVID. We will update you a soon as things change.

Marshal Arts

We have opportunities for you to participate in online workshops, so keep a lookout for them. We have had medieval button making, medieval bread making, and Coptic bookbinding, with more to come.
