Attention Populace!
PLEASE check with a marshal before approaching so that they know someone is there and can direct them to someplace safe to stand. Do this EVERY time, even if you were there earlier or there doesn’t appear to be fighting going on at that exact moment.
Just because you saw someone else do it doesn’t mean it’s approved. A photographer in the middle of the field may have made specific arrangements with the marshalls in advance that did not include you.
Remind each other and please educate the photographers who are new to this setting. We are guests on their field and they are concerned for our safety.
