We Ilaria and Mariette are announcing our official retirement as baronesses of the mighty March of Mons Tonitrus. We are excited to share that 3 outstanding couples have submitted letters of intent to run as your next landed nobility. The polling for the next Baron and Baroness will be at Cochise College on May 21, 2022 during the Kingdom A&S event. Timing of polling is TBD, as the day’s schedule progresses. We will need a quorum for the polling to be valid so, if you cannot be there in person, you will be permitted an absentee vote via email. Absentee ballots must be submitted no later than by September 19, 2022.
The couples you will be selecting from for your new B & B are Mistress Fiona inghean Mheg Uidhir and Lord Gregory Whitehawk, Lord Nathaniel Schaffer and Lady Swetiua de Torleton and last but not least Master Koga Takashirou Kagehiro and Her Ladyship Hamasaki Eiwa Miyako. Please find their letters at the end of this article and the website. All couples will also be available for questioning, at Cochise College during our Baronial court on May 17, 2022 at 7PM.
Our stepping down and investiture of the new Baron and Baroness will be at Mace & Great Sword August 27, 2022. While this promises to be an outstanding event and we hope to see all of you there, we are still looking for a site steward and location for the event.
