BMMT Champions Event 2022

The Barony March of Mons Tonitrus is in search of new Champions

Competition for a new A&S Champion, and a new Bardic Champion will be held in the Ethel Berger Center in Sierra Vista.

Combatants for Thrown Weapons, Archery, Heavy, and Rapier will be held at Arbenz Field in Sierra Vista.

Even though Champions must reside in Mons Tonitrus, all are welcome to compete!

8am-4pm

Event Times

  • 8:00 am — Set up & Registration
  • 9:00 am — Orientation
  • 9:30 am — Armor Inspection and List Check-in, tournament to follow upon completion
  • 9:30 am — Artisan Set-up, judging to commence upon completion
  • Competitions 
    • 9:30–10:30 am — Archery
    • 10:00–11:30 am — Thrown Weapon
    • 11:00–12:00 pm — Rapier
    • 11:30 pm — Bardic Performance
    • 12:00–1:00 pm — Heavy Combat
  • 12:30–1:30 pm — Lunch, there will be a couple of food trucks on site
  • 2:30–3:30 pm — Closing Court

We must be out of the building by 4pm sharp.

  • Follow I-10 E and exit AZ-90 S, then Turn left on 90 Bypass at light
  • Turn Right onto Coronado Dr in Sierra Vista
  • Follow Coronado Dr turn left on Tacoma, your destination will be on the right just past thelibrary. Arrive 2950 E. Tacoma St.

Directions for Arbenz Field

  • Follow I-10 E and exit AZ-90 S, then Turn left on 90 Bypass at light
  • Turn Right onto Coronado Dr in Sierra Vista
  • Follow Coronado Dr turn left on Tacoma, your destination will be on the right just past thelibrary. Arrive 3300 E. Tacoma St.
